The broadside was printed at the Virginia Arts of the Book Center, Charlottesville, by Kevin McFadden, with an original woodcut by Josef Beery.

When VQR contributing editor Nathasha Trethewey was appointed US Poet Laureate in 2012, the Virginia Quarterly Review celebrated her achievement by issuing a signed, limited edition broadside of her poem “Enlightenment.”

For a donation of $75 to VQR, of which a portion is tax-deductible, one of the 200 signed and numbered broadsides will be provided, as supplies last. For a donation of $150 to VQR, of which a portion is tax-deductible, one of the twelve lettered broadsides will be provided, as supplies last. To make a donation, click here, e-mail business@vqronline.org or call the VQR offices at (434) 924-3675.
