Joshua Foer is the author of Atlas Obscura: An Explorer’s Guide to the World’s Hidden Wonders (Workman, 2016) and Moonwalking with Einstein: The Art and Science of Remembering Everything (Penguin, 2011). His writing has appeared in the New Yorker, National Geographic, Esquire, Slate, Outside, the New York Times, and other publications.
