James E. Person, Jr.

Biography

James E. Person Jr. is an editor and writer who has worked for over 25 years at Thomson Gale editing and writing many of the company’s literary, historical, and biographical reference works, including Twentieth-Century Literary Criticism, Short Story Criticism, and many other titles. He is also a freelance writer who has published essays and book reviews in the National Review, the Detroit News, and the Washington Times. He lives in Northville, Michigan with his wife, Lista, and their two children.
